Marketing Manager
This position accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

Sales Manager
Be responsible for driving the pipeline for business development within a clearly specified account list. This is a pure new business role, selling into new accounts. Through a combination of strategic selling, analytical and relationship management skills, the individual will need to focus on securing relationships that build long-term client revenues and profitability. Require experience of the strategic / consultative sales process. Able to converse to a deep level around business strategy challenges (not just IT), particularly business models, supply chain and operations. Required Qualifications: Experience of the outsourcing market - ideally some offshore experience. Board level negotiation skills  Excellent communications skills, both on the phone and face-to-face meetings. Intelligent, go getter, persistent, ambitious, self-motivated and self-disciplined. Great time management skills and ability to self manage . Proven ability to develop strong client relationships. Strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in a results driven environment. Must operate well in a team-oriented environment and show an aptitude for working in a fast-paced and growing, start-up environment. Proven track record of developing and executing long-term sales strategies.

The Delivery Manager  
The Delivery Manager manages client relationships and drives implementation of projects and other initiatives post contract. This position involves project management, business management and relationship management with assigned client accounts. This position requires prior knowledge and experience with software technology and the service lines provided by the company. Cultivate client partnerships to ensure joint alignment of short and long-term goals. Tracking of strategic client issues and progressing them through internal groups. Serving as a liaison with internal departments including sales, accounts and technical support. Manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks among those clients. Working with Technical support and operations groups to ensure timely resolution of tactical issues. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree / Outstanding presentation and communication skills (verbal & written) / 5 years experience in a software product vendor or consultancy services company / Experience in financial and healthcare services or technology industry a plus / Project management experience a plus.

Technical Sales Specialist
Sell various BPO/KPO/ITO and other types of services to the clients as a part of marketing and sales team. Assist with presales support. Gather requirements and provide solutions under the close supervision of managers. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration/ Management/ Marketing/ Computer Science/ Engineering (any)/ Information Technology/ Computer Technology/ Computer Information Systems/ Management Information Systems or related field. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Requires travel/relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

Business Analyst
A business analyst is involved in application delivery projects in various industries. The Business Analyst role reviews and analyzes systems requirements and is responsible for the planning, designing and solution development for high-value projects. This role also Identifies customer requirements utilizing gap analysis methods and defines the future state and business solution. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business or Accounting; Minimum 8 - 10 years of experiences; Strong communication and organizational skills; High paced, motivated individual who is a quick learner and can hit the ground running.

IT Specialist
Analyze, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications under close supervision. Assist the team by performing custom program development. Involved with software implementation, design, testing, and coding. Utilizes established procedures and methodologies for implementation. Under the guidance of team lead, provides software support to clients which include debugging and modifying software as per needs of the clients. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science/ Engineering (any)/ Information Technology/ Computer Technology/ Computer Information Systems/ Management Information Systems or related field. Technical Support Manager   
The Technical Support Specialist makes sure that our customers are able to grow their business with the full support of our products and services. As a part of this team, Technical Support Leads are technology and relationship experts, who serve as liaisons between our customers and the service teams.
